Trust Him for your healing (Isaiah 53:5, Matthew 8:16-17)
Are you feeling sick and discouraged? Are you being weighed down by burdens and issues of life? Remember that Jesus loves you. The reason He came to the world more than two thousand years ago was to save, heal and deliver the weak, the oppressed, the hopeless and all whoever believes in Him (Matthew 1:21, Luke 4:18). He paid the price for our redemption, our healing, our justification and our peace by His precious blood that He shed on the cross. “But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by His wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). We must accept and trust in the reality of His saving and healing power in order to enjoy the precious benefits of all He did for us on the cross.
Jesus still heals today and all we need to do is to approach Him. In Matthew 8:16-17, many sick people were brought to Him and He healed them all (Matthew 8:16-17). He already paid the price for your healing, so just trust Him to do it. Remember what Jesus said to the man whose child was troubled by deaf and mute spirit, Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”Have a great week and God bless. |
